New Canadian Hip Hop artist to impact Top 40 radio, DY, has won numerous MC competitions and released singles independently starting when he was 14 years old. Hailing from Van city, DY reps the West Coast with such a smooth flow that all the girls will want to be his “passenger”.
After a serious injury that nearly took his life, DY has dedicated his time to writing, recording and developing a stronger appreciation for his craft. After completing national tour dates with Akon and Danny Fernandes in 2009, DY is back in the studio working on his new album, Live Fast, with label mate Belly that is due for release later this year.
